This is a perfect example of how to manipulate share prices on ASX
A shareholder spend $ 10,000 over a short period and increase the price from
0.005 to 0.013 increasing market cap.from under 1 mill.to 2.43 mill.
Now,who can benefit from this?? Daytraders or big shareholders ??
I'll leave it to Hot Copper readers to judge.
To the monetary situation:
Without a cash R&D rebate,RDS will have to end its life as a listed company end june 2015.
It is debatable whether an infusion will do any good to this company,other than secure management salaries for another 6 mths.Fixed cost + exploration commitments will last
apprx.6 mths. and then what? Don't forget the commision to be paid on R & D=7- 10 %.
RDS have done nothing since mid 2014 apart from evaluation of samples already taken earlier. I say it again-close this company to prevent the bankrupt brothers to take further advantage of this situation.RDS management are apparently not willing to take any action to rectify this.
