re: is monoco deal the june story? BQT are solvent......they reaised $1m last week through a placement.
which means BQT had 2.8m in cash.......less expenses from July 1 until the 30th of August which would be around $1m.......which includes stock.
So best estimates would be BQT would have anywhere from $1.6 m to $2 m as at te end of August.
Cash....less expenses plus revenues.
The IP assignment monies are received immediately after the Holding company is set and funding has been completed.
I believe that structure is technically complete.......its waiting for the formal announcement.
IMHO of course.
