Was the $23,000,000 for a signed 12 month supply?
If so and all the other contracts BQT are working on then this is going to be a cash cow.
To me it looks to be a $23 million dollare per annum order, but the way the Poms work they state things in Quarters so if stage one is quarterly then please multiply the figures by 4 and then some for good will.

A new card/POS system will take years to get all the terminals in around the World. That is why I think that as Genner said "Stage one" has a lot more to it than what has been comunicated to the market.

This Genner guy knows how to play the market, look at how he shakes traders out of the stock just to put out a ball terror of an announcement each time. BQT is having an exit of traders now and guess what will happen?
