Thanks all for the cheery responses. Why do I think it's an institution? Well, because a dump of 10 million shares amounts to about 1.35 million dollars worth of stock, doesn't it? Not pocket change for the smaller investor. Still, I believe that it was just one seller adjusting his/it's portfolio.
The comments about Japan are valid, I suppose, but as VPG does not seem in any way tethered to the overall market (or else it would already be a few cents higher than it is at present), this was strange. Still....we live in strange times.
As I wrote, I wouldn't dare to predict tomorrows sp movement. Certainly it can't be based upon what happens on Wall St, anyway. As I'm out of ammo, I for one hope that it doesn't explore the .12 level before moving up. For the rest of you with money to burn, I suppose that we'll be wishing for opposite things for now.
