VPG have 2,250m shares on issue so whilst this is a large volume on the day, it's minuscule in the bigger picture. If this was the underwriter or someone else dumping their rights issue then they've made $300k on the deal and good luck to them. Long term, whoever bought the dumped shares is probably going to make a whole lot more.

You might want to check out the British Land numbers that have just been released. Their NAV has actually increased; the first time since 2007 by the looks of things.
