Not normal I am afraid – would have been money well spent to get a recruitment agent to look at is properly! Or are you seeking to blame an unnamed external consultant for the issue to deflect blame from management of which Heugh was a part. Can’t get around the lack of proper due diligence when Halgreen was hired in which Heugh is complicit.

Please provide some information that backs up your assertion that Heugh had Halgreen investigated I have never seen anything that supports that, or is this just part of your continual attempts to re-write history??

I have hired several senior people, when they told me they have university qualifications I called up the university registry or got someone within the company to verify….10-15minutes, not hard, not expensive but apparently a step too far for John Heugh.

What you don’t seem to have grasped Campdenbob is that the rest of the former board of directors are not seeking to be on the board again. John Heugh is, therefore it is right that his former actions are under scrutiny in the context of the role he seeks to play in the future. The same scrutiny would be applied to other directors if they were seeking re-election.

This is no different with your attempts to highlight shortcomings in the current board and optionco. I know you seem to think you should be held to different standards and not required to answer questions about future plans but if you want the support of shareholders I’m afraid you are going to have to – as you seem to be slowly learning.
