I don’t see many other Australian junior oil and gas companies with former senior executives in jail! Not normal I am afraid – would have been money well spent to get a recruitment agent to look at is properly! Or are you seeking to blame an unnamed external consultant for the issue to deflect blame from management of which Heugh was a part. Can’t get around the lack of proper due diligence when Halgreen was hired in which Heugh is complicit.
I agree it is NOT normal for a senior executive to go to jail. Other than none Oil and Gas executives Rodney Adler and Keith Robert Hunter to name just two.

Please provide some information that backs up your assertion that Heugh had Halgreen investigated I have never seen anything that supports that, or is this just part of your continual attempts to re-write history??

I have hired several senior people, when they told me they have university qualifications I called up the university registry or got someone within the company to verify….10-15minutes, not hard, not expensive but apparently a step too far for John Heugh.
So you are suggesting that JH (and the Board) should all have overlooked the work undertaken for the company on their behalf and undertaken their own "due diligence" ?

I completely agree. But please don't expect people to just
"cop it sweet" and let you say anything without a response. You have chosen to make public comments
Please expect them to be challenged when appropriate.
I know you seem to think you should be held to different standards and not required to answer questions about future plans but if you want the support of shareholders I’m afraid you are going to have to – as you seem to be slowly learning.
Different standards , No I don't agree. I actually expect you to raise your standard from being myopic and biased.
