Maybe this is more politically correct;
From my research,my communication with the company and the ambiguous nature of company announcements,it is my belief that" xyz" is a less than desirable ASX listed company.
As one high court judge said at his retirement; I have never called a defendant a lier but rather one whose evidence is unreliable!
