Thanks Infoseeker, I am waiting to see what BantryBay can remember about the statement. It was made after the close of the AGM when we could ask Nick questions and of course he talked and talked about various things, this debt being one of his subjects. Wouldn't it be incredible if it was another company, so then that would make two problems. Pity Strat isn't posting because he was at the meeting and he took written notes down. I clearly remember it was an overseas based company, just can't recall the exact name.
