peejay2, CTN Board needs to demonstrate how its DD arrived at choosing NAOS. And that the Board would have arrived at same decision, even if NAOS’ clients not a significant shareholder in CGA. Noting that NAOS, the fundie manages full discretion portfolios on behalf of its clients.
