Interestingly the video mentioned bringing the wyoming exploration to fruition that will turn PEN from a 75 million comany into a 400 to 600 million dollar heavyweight!!!
Also notice the prop sell at 4.7c has disappeared...this is all thats holding PEN back at this stage...'the games and props' to conceal and prevent any major short term run...traders like to play games but the company will speak volumes and the shareprice will reflect!!
