There is likely an AELB representative and a Lynas representative working in close communication over the implementation of the remaining requirements.

I imagine Lynas management are fully aware of how close they are to fulfilling these requirements and the expected time frame for AELB to process and issue the licence.

Nick's expectation is August and its now the 20th.

So we could conceivably go into a halt any time from now, its a bit like waiting for drill results all over again, the expectation begins to build and the punters start to see the potential for a significant move,
then watch the mood on this thread take a remarkable turn.
