Last buying opp iMO. Watch for signs of short covering. Ideal under cover flash cover scenario playing out here IMO
Check REE basket price Monday. No doubt prices have levelled out and there are many reasons to hope they may now head back up, so watch for signs. The japan/China island dispute may help this gather momentum in coming weeks. This is a turning point IMO.
