When dealing with liars you can only look at facts given by independent impartial witnesses - in this case the security guard, and Reynolds chief of staff who took contemporaneous evidence.

I tend to agree with you. In this case it’s hard to explain how Britt was found in the nude by the security guard at the time - unless something happened.

The judge has a heck of a job sorting this mess out when he comes to his decision.

My opinion has never changed on this, Britts version is far more feasible.
Anyway watching him flatly denying that he had another credit card was enough for me. Doesn’t mean that he raped her but it proves that he is a bullshit artist and couldn’t care less how blatant his lies are.
