No the dispute is over the 15% which takes AVZ from 60% to 75%. AVZ said they paid for it and it’s been stamped by the courts but Zijin has apparently paid for it and got the courts to approve it too. There’s still an additional 15% up for grabs and 10% to the DRC government.

So basically AVZ are saying they own 75%, but Zijin is saying AVZ only owns 60% and the balance of 15% is own by them.

Only time will tell who is right!!
