    Notwithstanding the fact that the provisions relating to the pledge and the sale of the Shares are governed by the Articles of Association of DATHCOM Mining SAS, it is agreed that no Associate is permitted to pledge his Shares before the completion of a Feasibility and the establishment of the necessary financing for the development phase in accordance with the Feasibility Study.
