just creating fear and uncertainty. If they were above board, there would obviously be an audit trail of where and when the investments were purchased by Zijin.

however, nothing whatsoever from zijin. What does that tell you?

that their claims are total bullshit.

1. We have proper records announced to the market on what was purchased, when, and how the finance occurred, and future percentage acquisitions (refer to Sydney guy's post).
2. What does Zijin have ? A few Social media announcements .
3. Even if DRC resold percentages already acquired by avz, that's too bad. It is already owned by AVZ - they cannot sell that which they do not have.
4. If Zijin offered more than avz - avz should have had an opportunity to counter this offer. No such announcements were made.
