    Typical corporate game play...AVZ blocked Jijin. They then go through back door to acquire 15% from Cominiere. With AVZ SP being weakened due to bearish equity market and uncertainty about AVZ legal issues, they release this to further fuel uncertainty and weaken AVZ BOD position...probably try to steal the whole project.
