AVZ hasn't paid anything for that 15%. AVZ initially owns 75%, while Cominere owns 25%. Cominere will cede 10% to DRC government, and 15% to China Jin Cheng , which AVZ believes it had the rights to acquire. AVZ previously agreed to give 24% to JinCheng in exchange for 240 million. so if everything goes through, AVZ will own 51% and still has the majority share.
