As a Sanford user for nearly 10 years, with almost no outages, I am digusted that they are sending us to the dogs at CommSec.
Dedicated clients of Sanford have been sold out so that a few individuals can make a tidy profit.
One for ASIC to investigate on the grounds that:
1) CommSec service levels (not delivering what they say they will) do not meet industry standards.
2) The monopoly status that CommSec is getting.
All those Sanford clients who are unhappy with the move to CommSec, and those already with CommSec, should write to ASIC, APRA and their Federal Minister.
