Umm ... have you read the news stories and court reports about the CA being consolidated to a single action and the modified statements of claims very significantly reducing the anticipated maximum amount? Also I think it’s still the case that no major investor or institution has joined the CA. It may be worth your while doing a bit more reading about where the CA is at before posting too much more that I suspect is now very old news. IMO DYOR.
