It was another fella who was making rude remarks to make others feel stupid for trying to find a diamond in the rough. I didn't look back to see that it was you who made that post and I grouped you and them together!

I appreciate your reality checks, it provides a good balance. I wish we could hear what they are doing straight from the source!

If they come out and say that the Amazon agreement fell through, would they be liable for another CA? Or would they only be liable if they take too long to report it to the market?

If so, mr. Fricklas hasn't said anything. Does that mean there still could be something there? No one knows so we are all just giving opinions, none right or wrong
