BIG is a little different in that the major problem right now is the reputation of the CEO. It is not a good look for the ASX if it allows listed companies to have CEOs with convictions for blackmail.

Where the ASX should clamp down is on all the Chinese companies that are not being run for the benefit of all shareholders. How the ASX doesn't see that there is a problem when there are companies with MCs under their reported profit is beyond me.

I won't invest in the companies mentioned in your last paragraph for the reasons you raised but ASX does not care. They don't care about SAS ASX either.
