The more I think about todays trading halt the more I worry about a takeover offer comming.
DES has no broker’s coverage, its share price has fallen victim to the general concerns about debt, the move to consolidation created nervousness and a “tip sheet” pulled the pin on coverage. Finally a rights issue. I must say I was nervous too and have taken a long hard look and concluded that the current share price is an aberration.Studying DES and playing with figures I found it easy to form an opinion EBITAs of 20m plus for 08/09 very achievable. So what would that make this company worth? 50 cents? A Dollar? two?
Yet at 10 cents DES looks like a sitting duck.
