that means.. ANZ owns about 11% an prime 40% after rights issue.
so it would make sence for prime to contact jbwere and buy doms shares off market, and take control.
we are set for a shake up, and a much needed one. from my side, its a positive for share holders.
rumor, BYI was done through opres, so DES more than likely lose the BYI stake.. i assme liability through opres, so this will be lost as well. so should cancel out, except for interest payments made, but there should have been dividends?
