Three months ago I was going to buy a nice house in central vic, I went and had a look, the asking price was $870,000 . I ended up being tied up with work and put house buying on the back burner, anyway my brother told me it was still on the market but on enquiry the asking price is now $790,000. Three months for an $80,000 off the list price. How low will it go, there are no buyers.
