wooo hang on a minute you have overbuild everything to try and get dispatchable electricity so this then makes the electricity cheaper ? But with the overbuild you have buy the electricity off the supplier who may not like the price he is going receive so he don't dispatch the energy in the market place to drive the price up .
Its called ramping now i think the terminology when they hold back to drive the prices up .
Funny though because the overbuild to get dispatchable electricity still has deal with the free market place for supply and seeks a return why are they going sell it cheap when the demand for it is being sucked up by the batteries and hydro batteries to wait sell it a higher price ?
Anyway the acknowledgement you have overbuild is commendable imo
The chase for perpetual motion at no cost dont work in the market place when your selling this energy one would think the privatising of this area is as much a hindrance to the quest for this energy .
You have build your own energy system to achieve the control of the pricing . Hence your rooftop solar is your own energy system .
But anyway some things are staggering to think the money spent in this quest because the energy cant be dispatchable.
Their is something like twenty thousand kilometres of underground waste water piping in Sydney i was reading the other day .
