As for farming partners, I wouldn't bank on any one coming in, remember lots of major oil companies have looked at Puffin and walked away due to concerns on possible production problems that AED are now suffering.
Work over on Puffin 7, again possible but expensive, difficult and the results might not be as you expect ie you might make the problem worst.
