    "According to StepNexus, Banka Koper has already begun issuing Visa Electron-branded prepaid cards that use the Multos platform. According to France-Massey, about 70 to 80 dual issuers around the world have shown interest in using Multos for Visa cards, and Banka Koper's move may cause others to follow suit.
