EMR had shares underwritten at 5c
during the capital raising when they were
trading at 3.5/8c
This was on the Niobrara aquisition.
AKK had firm commitments for $8m.
The SIs would have been informed about the
niobrara that AKK is aquiring to get that commitment.
Still think it's manipulation before aquisition.
$8m + $2.5m + cash on hand.
$12m in cash for a $25m company with positive cashflow atm.
Looks good value.
