My mail is that the company will utilise the full 3 month period before placing any shortfall shares (which from memory is early march?). The company apparently has had some interest in the shortfall shares, not sure if the interest is still there though.

I think we can kiss goodbye anyone stumping up an extra 50% to get those shortfall shares.

My understanding is that the company cannot sell off the shortfall shares on market, nor can they reduce the strike price. (could be wrong on the first part though)

I cant see any negatives on the horizon, but having said that, I am not tempted to buy any more at the moment. Can you place a finger on any negatives at the moment unbeliever?

If the recent volume selling has come from one holder, it could be one of about 15 according to the top 20 in the annual report.
