At the EGM, Cusack indeed wanted to make shareholders squirm uncomfortably at their lack of gratitude in not awarding OH an obscenely large amount to 'thank him' for his services. This, despite the fact that it was not the shareholders but the instos who rejected that package. And what kind of timing was that to expect such a package??

He then defiantly suggested that there would be a way found to reward OH, despite that lack of confidence vote. So no surprise that OH has disappeared into the night with even more of Oxiana shareholder funds.

Cusack? No words are adequate to describe him.
