There is always a 'risk' premium with African countries,but I think there is too much money to be made.

China is supposedly tipping big money into various countries and it seems as if the warlords and corrupt officials seem reluctant to upset China.

I think EQN is a monty to be snapped up by someone.

It could be a good fit for OZL .

Although you wonder whether these new blokes at OZL have the drive and vision to take on something like this.
