That payout isn't surprising. Cusack gave shareholders a lecture on how disappointed he was at their lack of gratitude at the meeting when they knocked back OH's package, then huffed that something appropriate would be arranged. Extravagent welfare for executives funded by people poorer than themselves is at the heart of all they believe.
