    I wouldn't begrudge OH his payout.

    He did all the hard work and built it up from nothing.

    It is the current lot you have to worry about.

    Their pay and bonus' should be firmly results orientated with clear objectives.

    If I was them I would have a crack at EQN.

    THEN i WOULD IMAGINE SOMEONE WOULD SWALLOW THE BIGGER COMPANY.
