I smell a rat myself there is something not right about this story.

So if this is not the true story why is GSK saying this??

1) do they want to keep the price of Relenza up and have governments scrambeling for Relenza since its in short supply?

2) do they want to make a settlement with BTA and keep the "good news" for after the settlement so to get a better deal??

3) do they want to push the share price of BTA down take-over the company?

Or are we all so wrong with our calculations about production and Relenza sales.

I doubt it and smell a rat , something is not right.
