    I'm a business owner and side more with newmillions.

    Currently I have around 100 employees.

    Current WH&S laws give a bit back to the employer in that clearly employees have responsibilities to follow SWMS, report unsafe practices etc and if they don't there are enforceable fines and mitigation if infuries result from the same.

    Its a hard cultural change to get the current laws and responsibilities across to employees but it is worth the effort and intervention.

    Btw, my rule is it takes 22 interventions to change human behaviour 8)).
