This was the worst decision management could make and will in turn prove and has proved very costly.
Can you now imagine a 300K exit fee and 50 million shares.What a joke this debarcle has become a disgrace.
I belive that management who were involved in bringing this Bergen on board should have to pay for this out of their own pockets.
Why should shareholders fit this bill.
