2010 figures are irrelevant and you know it.
Have you not heard of the term "bracket creep"?
Windfall? There is no windfall because it is the workers' money.
The gov't is not giving back a windfall.
It is simply not taxing workers as much.
No handout to the rich. No windfall!
Do you truly believe it is the lower earners who only pay $5-$10,000 in tax that should get the biggest reduction, the $7000 reduction, in their income tax payments?

"The Prime Minister argued that after the plan is implemented in seven years, those earning more than $200,000 would pay a larger share of personal income tax than they do now."

I would've picked you as one who'd favour a progressive tax scale where the biggest earners pay more tax and are taxed at a higher rate, which is what this whole tax reform package will do, but not only progressively, it hits the higher-earners harder right from the start because the lower earners get the first two tax cuts.

I heard Turnbull say on ABC radio this evening that the taxpayers in the top bracket currently pay 30% of all income tax but when the tax changes are fully introduced, 2025, those few [%] in the top bracket [$200,000 plus] will be paying 36% of all income tax.

Malcolm Turnbull hails 'win for working families' after Senate approves seven years of tax cuts
"Mr Turnbull insists it is "thoroughly fair".
"Today we have seen a massive win for hard-working Australian families. They will be able to keep more of the money they earn," he said in Question Time.
"It is their money. They earned it.
"And we should take no more of it than the Government needs to deliver the essential services Australians rely on."
The Prime Minister argued that after the plan is implemented in seven years, those earning more than $200,000 would pay a larger share of personal income tax than they do now."
