Totally agree with you here, quite some time ago, there was a lot of concern about dilution and now it is the SP in the US possibly being a deterent.
Dendreons total shares on issue in 2005 was 80 000 000, with a request for an increase to 160 000 000 in April 2005.

With 80 000 000 shares as at 30 March 2005 I believe the SP closed at $4.45

So with a 30:1 ratio reflecting a 25m share register from a US perspective PRR should appear attractive in the US.
