Right on the close - a sell order for 62,500 had been sitting there at 15 cents.

And of course, a buy order went in to make a total top buy order of - wait for it - 62,499....!

That made sure that the closing price dropped down 0.5 cents from 15.5 to 15 cents, then the last single share went through as a completion at 15 cents as well.

Pure manipulation of the closing price, to make somebody's portfolio totals look just the way they wanted them.
