The real tragedy for RES (non director shareholders) is that when Noble call in their debt and pick up all of RES for a song out of Voluntary administration, those SH will ask;
Why didnt mgt sell equity to raise funds (all or a portion thereof) to get the mine going a few years ago when thermal wasnt stuffed?
Hopefully the answer will be that mgt was indeed working for the interests of all SH's by following this crusade of 'non diluting debt capital'.
