I don't know what sort of theory you're following. Obviously not a very good one. It would make NWT 50% cheaper than the takeover offer. I don't think so... That's not the way the cookie crumbles. But hey, go for it.
I say we see 1 cent shortly. Just as crazy as your theory but I like mine more than yours. :-)
