shanghaiguy - if they made a bid for it in anyway I reckon you woudlnt get much change out of a $1m. I have seen on other deals in my field that companies can spend like 1% of the purchase price easily on a bid - due diligence, lawyers, accountants, experts you name it and usually they are all top notch external consultants.
