thanks harry3539 - I was always taught make sure you have your own backyard working properly before you got looking to add other backyards to the portfolio...that way you know what to pay and when its too much and then you walk away.

As for the big red button - most times I would agree with you but I think when its poor management then that's different, if the well was a duster I could understand but it wasn't in some respects but this issue really annoys me and they really haven't said all that much about it which is surprising -
