Well hasn't the last few weeks been...interesting?!
My Theory.. (Which is mine ahem...!) Tulla (aka The Big M) not wishing to trigger a Mandatory Takeover as required by Section 5.1 (see page 16 & 17 of the latest Prospectus)of the Channel Isles rules (such as they are) until such time as the "Highest price" within the preceding 12 months drops from a (current) 40 cents to a more appetising 4 cents (in about..oh a month and a half)throws up the furphy of "China" to the rescue!!!" When this red herring falls off its bicycle The Big M will be FORCED...FORCED I TELL YOU.. to snap up those options thus triggering the aforesaid mandatory offering of 4c to private investors who will say "Thank you sir, may I have another..." And then he will wrap a big red bow around Norseman Gold Mine and put it under the Maloney Family 2012 Christmas Tree...
But of course...that's just my theory....
