    Well...that's one way getting out of triggering a Section 5.1 I guess - delay long enough to get the stock delisted on AIM. What a disgrace this whole debacle has been. It still seems to be up in the air about what this means for PI's who bought through AIM - I really hope for your sake's that its not a total wipe out.
