I and perhaps many other SHs may not want a "generous direction" bailing GPP out (it is not like they donate the money - ask @fooca). A bail out by a "generous director" simply means my (SHs') investment stuck in this delirium of company for another 5 years - if I lucky.
What we need is for the management to get their act together and do things around the lines suggested by @fooca (clean their act and draw from the available and sufficient expertise) and @Davy Boy (clean their act and focus on a direction).
