I'm not saying you but there are others after a quick buck and rely on excellent researchers on HotCopper but when they become in the red then lo and behold!

If you think misleading statements are being dished out then I encourage you to bring it up at the appropriate channels.

Did you understand Guyana Morabisi project had to be voted in as a Asx requirement before further development?
Do you understand Guyana is a jungle?
Do you understand this Guyana Morabisi project is a greenfields exploration project with no previous historical drilling reports?
Do you understand it has a wet season which can affect activities especially on ground exploration (phase 1)?

So in light of this in my opinion GSM have done very well to confirm lithium despite having nothing to go off except geochemistry which of course helps a lot don't get me wrong.

Yes I would love to have had things go quicker (exercise of phase 2) but this management are the type for no rash quick decisions without due diligence - right or wrong is your call and I'm not here to argue about this.

Now the next stage is to quantify how much they have/can find.

Of course there is risks involved and they may not find a suitable resource.
That's the risk and game we play as explorers.

However the reason why I was very attracted to this Guyana Morabisi project was the sheer potential size they could find - district scale!
Coupled with the geochemistry and geological settings, favourable political and social stability in the country and relative close approximity to Georgetown Port - these are the reasons I invested in.

Unfortunately GPP was very hyped around this time last year but now it is good that management and GSM are getting on and making good progress without this.

As usual everything in my opinion in this dirt cheap SP environment we find ourselves in

Interesting why you are placing an emphasis on parts of your post:

In essence this is correct, but with some explanation, it is covered under ASX listing rule 11.1.2 which requires the company to seek shareholder approval where it proposes to make a significant change to the nature or scale of its activities. GPP would of advised the ASX of the proposed change to the nature or scale of its activities under listing rule 11.1 but were advised that it must seek shareholder approval of the transaction, the vote was to accept the transaction NOT the development.

Looking through the notes for this meeting, have or are GPP losing confidence in the OHD project that they have a need to look elsewhere to provide value to share holders? (from the same notes to General Meeting)

I have asked this previously, (also asked the company as one of my unanswered questions)
If GSM have spent years undertaking a substantial amount of work in identifying areas prospective for Lithium and Tantalum in Guyana, and believed to contain a favourable geographical setting for Lithium with widespread LCT type Pegmatites, why are they Farming It Out??

This can't be a problem currently, as we have moved on to phase 2. As it is not the wet season but even so by GPP's own admission it will only affect the movement of the drill rigs and not the actually drilling when its wet.
