Ooh media is now trading on fundamentals similar to when it IPO'ed. (with the exception of debt which is significantly higher)
Per IPO prospectus:
CY 2014 EV/EBITDA: 9.1
CY 2015 EV/EBITDA: 7.5
Forecast Yld: 3.8%
NPATA CY14 PE: 16.5x
NPATA CY 15 PE: 13
Per the CY2018 Financials:
Debt Gross: $405m
Equity: $680m
Current shares outstanding approx: 240m
Current market cap approx: 240 x 2.65 = $636m
Current EV: $1041m (need half yr financials to confirm current gross debt)
Forecast CY2019 EBITDA: $125-135
CY2018: NPATA: $51m
On these figures OML is trading on metrics cheaper than when it IPO'ed.
Time to start accumulating.
